Delete your account

This is the fastest way, and your account is deleted right away.

1. Open the Lumoriam app and sign in.
2. On the My Tributes screen, tap the gear icon at the top.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm both prompts.

If you can no longer open the app, email support@lumoriam.com from the email address you use to sign in to Lumoriam, with the subject line Delete my account.

We will confirm the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and its data within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will email you when it is done.

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every tribute you created, including all of its photos, condolences, stories, events and group chat, and anything other people added to it.
• Photos, condolences, stories and chat messages you posted on other people's tributes.
• Your membership in tributes you joined as a guest.

• Records of purchases and orders (such as memory books, flowers and cards) that we must keep for tax, accounting and legal reasons, for as long as the law requires.
• Reports about content that broke our rules, kept for a limited time so we can keep Lumoriam safe.

Payments are handled by Apple, Google and our payment partners, who keep their own transaction records under their own privacy policies.

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete individual photos, messages or tributes you own, or leave a tribute you joined.
